High Yield Investments and High Yield Investment Programs

High Yield Investments are attractive to many online investors because of their high POTENTIAL returns. They obviously carry a greater degree of RISK to lose your investment. Because of this, we recommend you never risk more than you can afford to lose, no matter how promising the investment looks to be. No one enters an investment intending to lose their money, but still do.

With that caution stated, let's look at 2 kinds of approaches to High Yield Investments: Active versus Passive. An active approach is where you do the research in finding the speculative investments and buy, manage and collect the returns yourself. A Passive approach is where you give your money to someone else to handle the investment, and upon it's success, to return to you the profits.



So first of all, let's look at the High Yield Investment Programs that have been growing in popularity and the obvious scams to avoid.

There are money doublers, matrix schemes, foreign investments, randomizers, chain payments, or the classic ponzi or pyramid scheme. All of them rely on one basic idea. There will always be fewer people succeeding while the majority of people who get involved lose money. Let's look at the reality of this with simple calculation.

We will use small numbers as they stay the same on a larger scale. No one can double their money from nothing. That money comes from somewhere. Let's say you start a doubler program. You find 2 people to join and get your money doubled. Those 2 people each find 2 people and now we have you and 6 people in the doubler.

Now you need to find 8 people to double the new people's money. Then 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, get the point? Sooner or later you run out of people who are interested in the program and guess what... the majority of them GET NOTHING. They few who were involved towards the beginning profited AT THE EXPENSE of the others!

The real "secret" (if there was ANY Secret) to success at any High Yield Investment is RESEARCH. The quality and advantage of using information that takes into account historical trends, opportunities, and current events into account in finding a good probability at making money.
